LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

AutoBody Beautiful hereby provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on repairs performed by the shop. This Lifetime Limited Warranty is valid for as long as you own the vehicle and is for the person to whom this Lifetime Limited Warranty is granted and whose name appears below and on the original work order.
1. Metalwork: AutoBody Beautiful provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty, from effective date stated herein, on all metalwork, to include panel fit, welding and the materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, or deterioration, excluding rust repairs. AutoBody Beautiful will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
2. Painting: AutoBody Beautiful provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty, from effective date stated herein, on painting, related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. AutoBody Beautiful will re-prime, repaint, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or section's of the vehicle warranted hereby (excluding rust repair), at its sole option, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle. Our paint warranty is valid only over original factory finishes that are free of defect.
3. Mechanical Repairs: AutoBody Beautiful provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty, from effective date stated herein, on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage, excluding suspension, air-conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components. AutoBody Beautiful will repair or replace any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
4. Parts: AutoBody Beautiful provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty, from effective date stated herein, unless manufacturer's. warranty is less, on all parts installed by or at the shop. (Please Note: Shop warranty does not exceed Manufacturer warranty.) AutoBody Beautiful will repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, and care of vehicle.
This Lifetime Limited Warranty shall be null and void if repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by AutoBody Beautiful. This warranty is not transferable. Rust...Surface rust, rusts through, and/or damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior panels is not covered. This Warrantee states All of the Lifetime Limited Warranties made by AutoBody Beautiful and contains the only promises for which it will be responsible.
AutoBody Beautiful's responsibility and the purchaser's exclusive remedy under this Limited Lifetime Warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of the covered defects. AutoBody Beautiful shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use.
Claim Process:
A claim on this warranty should be turned in to the Operations Manager. The vehicle will be scheduled and the repairs will be completed in a timely fashion. The original payee will be obligated for supplementary costs to repair items beyond the original final bill.
Customer Obligations: In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the owner of the vehicle must do the following:
A. Must notify AutoBody Beautiful as soon as they notice a warranty item and must make a reasonable effort to prevent the damage from worsening.
B. Present the owner's copy of this warranty document to AutoBody Beautiful before requesting warrantable repairs or parts.
C. Have any warrantable repair, adjustment, or inspection made only at the premises of AutoBody Beautiful during normal business hours.
All Warranties implied by the law, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness of a particular purpose, are hereby limited to the warranty period herein and shall expire at the end of such period.
